After some additional research, I realized the package overlapped with my regular insurance coverage and decided to request a refund. While the process took some time, Pete and Brian assisted in ensuring the refund was completed.

My husband and I just purchased a 2021 Q7 and im telling you Brian our salesmen was truly awesome and very patient with us we had a lot of didn't questions and he didn't hesitate to answer all of them!
